Full-Service Renovation/New Build
These projects are larger scale and full-service. They start at the very beginning… we work on revisions to layouts, moving walls, creating more functional spaces, and creating a clear design vision.
We select hard finishes, furnishings, and accessories. We order, schedule, and manage product. We work alongside the builder/contractor for project management. Then finally, we schedule Final Styling… think of this as your HGTV moment. Reveal Day is the best day!
This service is ideal for new construction, whole home renovations, or creating STR properties. Clients and projects can be local or out-of-state.
Full-Service Furnishing
Sometimes the bones of your home are just right and you just need a whole new look. Instead of scrolling through the thousands of sites out there, let us create a beautiful collection for you! We shop a variety of trade vendors to ensure we are meeting your quality, price, and design needs. The most work you will have to do is to let us in to take measurements and leave for a day for our Styling Day. We select, order, schedule, and style all furnishings, decor, and accessories for these projects. These are ideal for single rooms or whole homes!
We work closely with you to design and plan the perfect space for you and your family. The best part is, we do all the work and you get to sit back and relax!

Design ESSENTIALS
Planning a big renovation and want the designer look? Our Design Essentials service is ideal for remodels like kitchens and bathrooms. We provide detailed construction documentation, vision boards, and 3D renderings of your spaces. We also select all finishes, plumbing fixtures, light fixtures, and hardware to make sure your space is beautifully curated. Once we have your final approval we conduct a hand-off meeting with your contractor to ensure they know the ins & outs of the design and answer any questions they may have.
