For our Sunnyside Mod project in Sarasota, we reimagined this home’s main living spaces with a fresh, modern edge rooted in warmth and function. The kitchen underwent a major transformation, including layout modifications and a wall removal to open the space and improve flow. We maximized every inch with semi-custom cabinetry, clever storage solutions, and statement finishes like gold hardware, a bold range hood, and quartz backsplash that carries seamlessly from countertop to ceiling. A built-in bench under the window offers extra seating and storage, perfect for casual mornings or hosting friends.

Just steps away, the living room was elevated with a sleek, linear fireplace wrapped in large-format marble-look tile and framed in light wood trim for a clean, natural finish. Built-ins and floating shelves add functionality and style while providing space for curated décor moments. The combination of soft neutrals, rich textures, and intentional design details makes this home feel both effortless and elevated—a perfect reflection of modern Sarasota living.
