This kitchen transformation was driven by the need for better flow, function, and storage for a young family. The original layout was defined by angled walls that created wasted space and limited cabinetry. By straightening the main kitchen wall, we were able to introduce an expansive run of cabinetry and anchor the space with a large island designed for gathering.

To further improve functionality and aesthetics, we added walls where none previously existed… creating a more intentional layout with a defined dining area, complete with archways for a subtle architectural moment. A new access point to the laundry room and garage enhances everyday convenience, while thoughtful storage solutions support the family’s day-to-day needs. The result is a clean, cohesive kitchen that feels both elevated and highly livable.
